Q.I will purchase multiple items. I want to ship out all of them by SAL, but can they be combined together?
A.Thank you that you liked a lot of items.
In regard to SAL, there is a limitation which is up to 2kg for the cardboard box after packing. If it is more than 2kg, it will be possible to separate into multiple boxes and ship them out by SAL.
If you could contact us once, we will create an estimate for shipping if it becomes more than 2kg.
Q How can I make a payment?
A.We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay,and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or personal checks. We accept Discover that was approved by PayPal.

Q.How long does it take for my package to arrive?
A.When item is ordered, normally it gets delivered from Osaka between 4 to 8 days by EMS, 20 to 30 days by Sal registred . Delivery time is different by the postal service in each country and also by conditions in the customs. Customs rarely checks cargo, but in that case, it will take about a week more.
Q. What is EMS ( Express International Delivery ) ？
A.If you select the international courier serviceEMS ( Express International Delivery ) when ordering, item will normally arrive in 4 to 8 days （）and it is trackable. (Location of the package will be tracked.) This is particularly a good option when the international transport is busy during holiday season in winter.

Q. I chose EMS (Express International Delivery) for my order, but the package has not arrived yet. It has been over 8 days from the date of expected, so I would like to track my package. What should I do now?
A.Please inform us about the order number. We will track your package and let you know there it is located at, also providing you all tracking information so you will be able to track it by yourself.
If it is shipped out by normal international standard, the shipped item will be delivered from Osaka between 7 to 12 days usually.
Q.If I order as ManekinekoAi, will I need to pay tax?
A. Our ManekinekoAi office is run by Katano city of Osaka. Therefore, tax which is imposed by Japanese government or other country’s government (For example, consumption tax and etc.) If you order with us, you will not need to pay tax. However, if you live in the country where you are charged tax for item, you may have to pay customs duties.
Q. When I order on ManekinekoAi, do you make me burden the tax on Japanese product?
A. Tax is different by your country. If you have to pay customs duties, you will be obligated to pay for it when receiving the ordered item.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
