 Item must be returned in 14days after you receive it. If in case, you can only return unopened and new item. We do not accept any return for any items such food, products and downloaded digital item.

 items must be returned back with the original item packaging in any cases when you return. This also means you must return all of packing materials, warranty card with blank (no customer information is entered), manual, and all the accessories.

 ★If a reason of return is a result of our error, we will pay for a return shipping cost by Japan Post.
Please note that in some cases you may not need to return the products to us but we may issue a partial refund to you at our discretion. 

Returned items must be approved by our customer service before shipping the package back to us. You need to get a return number we issue.

It will be refunded to your original payment used (PayPal or card).


★*Insurance (claim of damages)

   EMS ( Express Shipping )shipping cost includes an insurance fee.

Registred SAL (Economy Shipping) and EMS (Express Shipping ) offers the insurance (claim of damages) which would compensate any of your actual loss in case of damages (loss, damage, robbery).
Registred SAL shipping cost includes an insurance fee but it’s up to US$60.

※Please note that an insurance fee may be changed depending on an exchange rate at the time of transfer.
