Tokoname(常滑): It is one of the six oldest pottery towns in Japan. It is a pottery town decorated with history.
Located on the west side of Chita Peninsula, Tokoname-shi, Aichi Prefecture, is the gateway to Chubu International Airport (Centrair). It is known as a pottery town nationwide with long terrain of 6 km east and west, 16 km north and south.
Tokoname ware count with 1000 years of history and is counted as one of the six oldest pottery in Japan.
