Shipping method
All products will be shipped out from Japan. Shipping Japan Post.
The package will be sent as soon as we receive your payment and we will confirm you with the tracking number.

Registred SAL ( Economy shipping
Registred SAL ( Economy shipping ) is the cheapest and the most economical shipping method which is suitable for the products under 2kg.
*However, this shipping method may take 14days (excluding customs declaration) before arrival.
*In addition, tracking number and insurance up to 6,000 Yen are included. If it is urgent,
please use EMS which is suitable for the products.
EMS ( Express international shipping )
EMS ( Express international shipping ) is an expedited shipping method and it takes only 4 to 8 days(excluding customs declaration).

*The payment of the product will be insured in full amount if the product gets lost or damaged during transport.
*Post offices in Japan are usually closed on weekends.
*The delivery time is different for each destination,

Return
Item must be returned in 14 days after you receive it. If in case, you can only return unopened and new item. We do not accept any return for any items such food, products and downloaded digital item.
items must be returned back with the original item packaging in any cases when you return. This also means you must return all of packing materials, warranty card with blank (no customer information is entered), manual, and all the accessories.
★If a reason of return is a result of our error, we will pay for a return shipping cost by Japan Post.
Please note that in some cases you may not need to return the products to us but we may issue a partial refund to you at our discretion.
Returned items must be approved by our customer service before shipping the package back to us. You need to get a return number we issue.
