This Noren is made of 100% linen using the traditional shrinkage fabric from Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture. Craftsmen have hand-dyed the cute snow rabbit pattern, which is also the zodiac of 2023. It is a highly recommended product for coordinating rooms and stores from autumn to winter.
The material of the noren is called "chijimi cloth", and it was developed based on the traditional textile "Ojiya Chijimi" from ancient times. A craftsman carefully kneads it in hot water to form a Shibo, creating a material that is beautiful to look at and has a unique appearance.
