We used bombay blackwood, known as one of the three great Karaki woods, which is highly valued for its solid and extremely hard qualities as a building and furniture material.
It features a glossy brown color and unique Shimamoku. The classic material jade is used as an accent to create a calm impression.
The tassels are made of high-quality pure silk Kabonten. It is made by weaving threads using traditional braiding techniques, so it is strong, and the Bonten tassels are beautiful in appearance, reminiscent of lotus flowers.
This is an exquisite product handmade by a skilled Kyoto rosary maker.

・Bombay blackwood
Along with ebony and rosewood, it is one of the three great Chinese woods. It is a heavy and very hard wood, and was given the character "鉄刀木" because it was said to be "like an iron sword鉄刀." Bombay blackwood is a strong wood with excellent decay resistance and preservation properties that is resistant to rot. It is mainly used for decorative purposes such as furniture, Buddhist altars, rosary, and building materials.

・Jade
Produced in large quantities in India, it has a beautiful green color. It is said to be effective in healing a tired mind and relieving stress, and as a "healing stone," it is said to calm an irritated mind and bring about a stable mental state.
