This is a Kabuse(cover) incense burner with a 風神雷神Fengjin-Raijin(Wind god thunder god) motif made in Takaoka, where is the product of crafts. The design is made by lost wax casting and the details are exquisitely made.
It has an interesting structure in which smoke is emitted from the top of the bag when burning incense, and you can enjoy it just by looking at it.

It is a casting method in which the same shape as the product is made with wax, the surrounding area is covered with sand and solidified, and pour the melted metal into mold.
